Lots, Sims & Households:
Please do not reupload my lots/sim/households to the Exchange or any fansite or claim them as

Each creation of mine takes a lot of work and claiming any creation of Cupcake Sims/Sim Tan/TanyaWhan as your own will be classed as stealing & plagiarism. Please feel free to enjoy them in your own personal game/stories. |
You can reuse any recolours - Do not present them as your own creation.
Do not redistribute/re-upload Cupcake Sims Sets to any other site (singularly or in a set); however you may use the sets in your lot uploads with a link back to Cupcake Sims and credit given.
Patterns:
My custom patterns are for use in your own game or lot builds only - do not upload (singularly or in a set) to any fansite or the official Exchange; unless you use them in your lot uploads with a link back to Cupcake Sims and credit given.
Do not present them as your own creation.
Guest Creations:
Cupcake Sims also hosts Guest Creations made by various Simmers of the Sims 3 community. The said Guest Creators own the rights to their creations that they host on Cupcake Sims.
Cupcake Sims Terms of Use & Guidelines still apply as stated in each subsection.
The Sims 3 in Game Pictures / Images:
Feel free to use my 'The Sims 3' in game pictures or pictures showing downloadable content in your stories, or share them with your friends on The Sims 3 fansites but do not claim them as your own pictures/images.
Please do not Hotlink to them using the properties/urls on this site.
Please save a copy of the picture to your desktop or another suitable folder.
Cupcake Sims Craft & Cakes Pictures / Images:
Use or redistribution is strictly prohibited. Do not use or redistribute Cupcake Sims Craft & Cake pictures/images anywhere!
Cupcake Sims Creation/Dowloadable Content Images/Pictures:
Alteration of these images are strictly prohibited; do not reuse them to create your own collages or in your own creations. Do not claim them as your own.
You can post the pictures of creations with a link to the said download and credit Cupcake Sims only.
Cupcake Sims reserve the rights to change and remove
any content at any time without prior notice.
Guestbook and Comment Guidelines
Should you wish to leave a message in Cupcake Sims Guestbook or wish to leave a comment in any sub section of Cupcake Sims, then please be aware of the language that you use. Any foul or unauthorised language used will be removed.
Please be courtious to other users at all times.
No bullying or harassment will be tolerated.
Do not spam or flood the Guestbook with comments, links, pictures or such like.
Failing to follow any of the Terms & Conditions and Guidelines could result in a permanent ban from Cupcake Sims.
